Once you’ve created your profile, we’ll let you know when we start accepting applications. Plus, we’ll send you a reminder to get your application in on time.

Make sure the email address you provide is one you’ll be using for the next few years. That way you’ll be able to log back into your profile, update your information and apply for scholarships every year.

Information about scholarship opportunities

Desjardins Foundation may use the personal information you have provided to inform you of opportunities related to scholarships offered by the Foundation or third parties. There may be additional conditions for each scholarship program. The Foundation may also contact you to participate in surveys regarding the scholarship process.

This information can be sent to you by mail, telephone, text message (SMS) or to the email you provided.

You agree to have your personal information shared within Desjardins Group

The Foundation may share your personal information with other components of Desjardins Group. They may contact you about scholarship opportunities. They will not use the personal information received from the Foundation to contact you about anything else, unless you have given them permission to do so.

Access to your personal information will be limited to those who need to have access to it within the context of their work

Only those who need to have access to your personal information as part of their duties will be able to consult it. Your personal information will be stored in the offices and servers of the Foundation or its agents. If shared with other Desjardins components, your personal information will also be retained by them. You can consult the information contained in your Foundation file by sending a written request to its head office.
